CO-OP CANADIAN OPEN GRAND SLAM OF CURLING!!

The Co-op Canadian Open Grand Slam of Curling, featuring 16 of the top men’s teams and 16 of the top women’s teams from around the world, is taking place at Red Deer’s own Servus Arena. Get your tickets to over 20 exciting draws Tuesday, January 16 – Sunday, January 21! Teams were invited based on the World Curling Federation’s world team rankings, with one spot in each division reserved for this season’s HearingLife Tour Challenge Tier 2 winners – Team Casper from the United States (men’s division) and South Korea’s Team Kim (women’s). Team Bottcher and Team Fujisawa (the first club from Japan to capture a title in the series) return as the defending Co-op Canadian Open champions. Team Retornaz, winners of three straight Grand Slam men’s championships to start this season, now aim for the record books as the club from Italy could become the first to win four consecutive titles in the series during a single season.
