On Wednesday, May 1, over 700 attendees visited the Pidherney Curling Centre for Black Press Media’s 2nd annual Young at Heart Expo, where the theme this year was “Redefining our aging years”.
The consensus from everyone in attendance was that they loved the show and found it to be fun, as pickleball, tennis and bingo were a big hit, while also offering vital information to seniors. Over $10,000 in prizes and giveaways were awarded to attendees.
Aging has changed drastically, and seniors are staying younger for longer now, more than ever before.
